LOGIN ACCESS TO CREDITFLUX IS CHANGING ON 21 SEPTEMBER

Your login access will change on Tuesday 21 September. This is part of our continual improvement to ease access to the website. Creditflux will change the login procedure from email and cookie link to a username and password.

MULTI-PRODUCT, ACURIS SUBSCRIBERS

As an existing subscriber to more than one Acuris product, there will be no change for you to make because you already have a username (usually your email address) and password. Simply log in using your Acuris credentials. If you have forgotten your password, click on the ‘forgotten password’ button on the pop-up screen.

OTHER CREDITFLUX SUBSCRIBERS

At the login screen you will be prompted to set up a new password to log in. That’s all you need to do.

If you forget your password at any time, simply click on the ‘forgotten password’ button on the login pop-up screen. This puts an end to those frustrating lost cookies and brings us into line with the suite of Acuris products, making access seamless if your firm trials one of our other products.

Password emails will come from a different domain, so do make sure you add alerts.creditflux.com and login.acuris.com to your list of trusted domains to prevent emails going to your spam.

If you already have a session open then the change will take effect next time you access Creditflux.

FREE REGISTERED USERS

At the login screen you will be prompted to set up a new password and you can log in. That’s all you need to do and you will still be able to read any free, unlocked articles.

If you are a registered users of the free articles and no longer wish to use Creditflux please log in and change your email settings under MyAccount to unsubscribe to all our notification and news emails. If you do this after the change has been made you will need to set up a password first.
