Leveraged finance operations associate – New York

Our tenured teams have experience working collaboratively across asset classes, sectors, and geographies to seek strong risk-adjusted returns.

Responsibilities

•         Participate in structuring and documentation review of CLOs and other leverage facilities

•         Coordinate with underwriters, treasury, legal, rating agencies and others to facilitate timely closing of leverage facilities

•         Monitor portfolios and suggest changes to maintain compliance with underlying covenants and tests

•         Various ad-hoc reporting for senior management

•         Interface with various internal groups including operations, accounting, financial reporting, legal, and loan credit officers

•         Coordinate with lenders on the performance of the underlying credits

•         Manage the day to day liquidity of multiple funds and managed accounts

•         Explain complex structures to various internal and external groups making sure they are properly accounting for them

Qualifications

•         3-5 years of experience working on various fund financing structures

Preferred Qualifications

•         Experience with SQL, VBA and Python highly desirable.
