Birch Grove co-founder joins Lombard Odier to run new $100 million fund
Lombard Odier Investment Managers has announced the launch of a new event driven fund, which will be run by new recruit Christophe Thomas, a co-founder of credit hedge fund manager Birch Grove Capital
