Highbridge fund prepares to swallow $1.2 billion BlueCrest portfolio
BlueCrest Capital Management plans to transform itself from a hedge fund manager into a private investment vehicle have moved a step closer after it agreed to sell $1.2 billion of assets to JP Morgan Asset Management.
