HIG teams with Italian firm Idea for novel direct lending repack strategy
HIG Capital and Idea Capital Funds have announced a new venture which aims to invest in mid-sized Italian companies in distressed situations. The strategy will see loan assets repackaged into bonds - similar to a CLO
