Spreads on Toys R Us tightened by over a point on Friday after the New Jersey-based retailer announced better than expected second quarter results

Giving "inventory clear-outs hit margins" as the explanation for lower profits ALSO provides a reason for the small increase in revenues. Doesn't feel like a credit positive situation to me ....
