Update: officials at Morgan Stanley have confirmed that, as reported above, senior credit official Brian Neer is moving from New York to London to take on an expanded role. A spokesperson for the bank says that Neer will take on the role of European head of credit, in addition to his current position, which is head of global credit derivative products.
