The Caribbean is back on the menu as EU announces removal of Cayman from its blacklist
On 18 January 2024, the European Commission published the Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024163 in the Official Journal of the EU, announcing that the Cayman Islands will be removed from its anti-money laundering list of 'high-risk third countries'
