Update 2: The Apollo/Gulfstream deal closed a few days earlier than was publicly announced and just squeezed into Q3. We've therefore updated the rankings to account for that.

Updates: We've updated the ranking for Sound Point to correctly reflect its partnership with Assured Guaranty. We've also update the numbers for Anchorage to reflect two recently called deals.
