Correction - we missed that the original senior tranches included 10bp of CSA. Added that in to the overall spread means the AAAs actually came in 15bp not 5bp as we stated. That in turn means the original cost of funding was 253bp, and the reset tightened funding costs by four bp. Apologies to Nuveen for the confusion.
