US CLO league tables: No static shock as Palmer Square conducts CLO traffic yet again
It was a slower start to the year for US CLO new issuance as managers printed $4.56 billion of new paper against an average new issue volume of $5.88 billion in January in the last five years. But then again, the CLO and loan industries have had to contend with the not-so-small issue of replacing their favourite floating rate benchmark
