Commerzbank CLO triple A investors approve Cross Ocean management rights transfer
The controlling class in Commerzbank Debt Fund’s Bosphorus CLO V and VI have agreed to Cross Ocean Investment Advisors taking over management of the deals, leaving equity investors such as Chenavari a few days to decide on the switch
