Ivy Funds has announced the launch of a new bond fund which intends to capitalise on low interest rates

Quite a trick for a bond fund to "capitalise on low interest rates." Here's an alternative idea: someone should start a bond fund that will buy only negative yield debt. Call it a "contrarian fund" or something of that nature.
