Curious, what does this mean? (I suppose I could just read a newspaper myself.) Existing CLO deals have no remaining warehouse, so I take it that the point is US banks will not be able to own CLO bonds when the collateral pool holds anything other than good old-fashioned bank loans. Am I getting that right?
