In a further update, market sources say that Mitsubishi UFJ was the co-lead on the Muir Woods transaction alongside UBS and not the placement agent as originally reported

In an update to this article, Moody's did in fact rate the CLO's class As and this has now been reflected in the updated table above.

I wonder why Moody's missing on the Class A. There can't be much of a rating fee on the $3 million Class X ....
