S&P raises the credit rating of Greece from SD to CCC

Taking a big picture view and remembering the past two years of teeth gnashing over Greece (hot denials that default was even thinkable and then long bickering over the size of the haircut), this is amazing. All of that pain and acrimony results in "new bonds" being rated CCC! That was never the plan!
