Citi to call Bryant Park CDO after buying up the deal's equity

The tender offer made by Citi for Bryant Park CDO expired last week with the bank now in a position to call the deal.

In answer to the question below, redemptions do not count as "trades" for the purpose of Creditflux's secondary CLO index levels.

It looks like most of the debtholders chose wisely in waiting for the redemption. Does such a redemption count as secondary purchase at par for the Creditflux CLO index levels?
