Recovery on derivative claims is significantly higher than that for bondholders. Is that because some (likely not all) derivative counterparties held collateral under a CSA that compensated some or all of the exposure to Lehman? Or is it that the bondholder recovery averages in subordinated as well as senior debt? Both of these or neither of these?
