Fitch downgrades US retailer on deteriorating ebitda
Fitch yesterday downgraded US retailer Sears from B+ to B as ebitda has continued to deteriorate as top line growth has been worse than expected, resulting in increasing pressure on credit metrics and the potential for higher leverage levels.
