Fitch sees the wood for the trees as it downgrades Sino Forest

Fitch yesterday downgraded Chinese forestry company Sino Forest from BB+ to BB-, driven by the fact that the company does not currently have direct access to the profits of its main operating subsidiaries due to a complex corporate structure.
