Continued grogginess brings new downgrade for Vodka maker
Moody's yesterday downgraded Polish vodka manufacturer Central European Distribution Corporation (CEDC) from B1 to B2 following a significant deterioration in the firm's operating performance in the fourth quarter of 2010.
