Morgan Stanley says that senior mezzanine corporate tranches are the sweet spot for banks to go long if they calculate their capital under Basel II

"And by pure coincidence, Morgan Stanley is sitting on a pile of senior mezzanine tranches we'd be happy to sell to investors" the analyst added. !!
