Greece CDS bid/offer halves on new issue demand

Credit default swaps referencing Greece have nudged slightly wider with the European market today but the bid/offer on the sovereign has halved after strong demand for its new five-year bond issue

Greece was quoted at 327/332 having previously been at 315/326.. How does that tie-out with 'Greece CDS bid/offer halves..'
