Hotel chain operator ruling sends shivers in CMBS market
While the market has long speculated on commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) to be the next shoe to fall, a recent court judgment in the bankruptcy case of hotel chain Extended Stay Hotels (ESH) has sent shivers throughout the CMBS market, according to a report by Moody’s.
