The comment is fair. Ricciardi is there but limited in what he can do, Norell is gone and Horton is gone. Sussman is very self-directed though and has real opportunity.

I don't think the last comment is entirely fair. I have no afiliation with Cohen but it seems like they have hired some well known names over the years who are still there, Chris Riciardi, lars Norell, Fred Horton. Seems as good at keeping people as most of these shops...

Like everyone else that has joined Cohen over the years, he won't last. They have hired big hitters from various bulge bracket houses, all walk the plank usually in less than a year. I make 8 months- 10 months...and that's being generous..
