I like this idea - potential investors should find it compelling. Curious question: if the PM is not permitted to monetize any part of its 3% in-kind upfront fee, how will it pay its expenses? Likely options seem to be through the team's own investment or third-party loan. It's possible there will be no incentive fees with the 12.5% hurdle ....
