On its face - without knowing details or being able to find them quickly on the web - it looks like a bad idea for ISDA to start mixing Reference Entities. I hope this issue has a clean resolution. ISDA hasn't sorted the Codere problem yet to my knowledge. The CDS market doesn't need more problems!
