Goldman Sachs is set to price a $505 million risk retention-compliant CLO for a regular manager client this week, according to market sources.

Correction: A previous version of this article stated that Galaxy XX will be PineBridge's fifth deal with Goldman Sachs since the financial crisis. It will be the seventh.
