Having declared the recent intervention of Landsbanki Íslands and Glintir Bank as credit events, Isda announced today that it will launch protocols to facilitate their settlement. The protocols will be open to ISDA members and non-members alike. A “receivership committee” was established on 7 October for both credit events, but the dates of the auctions have yet to be released.
