Isda plans Northern Rock settlement auction next Thursday

Isda’s credit derivatives determinations committee has set a date of 2 February for a credit settlement auction on Northern Rock (Asset Management) debt. The UK bad bank triggered a restructuring credit event on 15 December by changing the terms of its subordinated debt. As the credit event is restructuring, the auction will be divided into four buckets for bonds of different maturities. See Isda's Northern Rock credit event page.
