Credit market snapshot: tighter on hopes of Greek debt deal

Tuesday, January 24, 2012

Credit moved tighter yesterday, as traders bet that a satisfactory outcome to the Greek debt talks may be just around the corner. The more positive economic data from the US recently has also helped to boost commodity prices, lifting overall market sentiment. European credit has opened largely flat this morning, however, as the market awaits the latest developments from the Greek debt talks.
