Isda confirms credit event on Kodak

Isda’s credit derivatives determinations committee ruled yesterday that a bankruptcy credit event has occurred on Eastman Kodak following the photo company’s chapter 11 filing. It also ruled, as expected, that an auction will be held to determine the final settlement price of Kodak credit default swaps, but has yet to set a date for the auction.
