Dealers to hold Truvo loan auction tomorrow

Dealers are due to hold an auction tomorrow to settle credit derivative trades referencing second-lien loans of Truvo (formerly World Directories). It is nearly two months since CDS contracts referencing bonds of the firm were settled at a very low final price of just three cents. Recoveries on loans are expected to be significantly higher.
