Aldermore, a UK bank which was set up following the credit crisis, has announced another hire to its structured finance team. Neil Kindness joins the bank from Close Invoice Partners and will take on the role of securing deals for Aldermore in both London and Scotland. In his role as regional sales director at Close Invoice Partners, Kindness helped establish the firm in Scotland.
Kindness will join a team which includes head of structured finance Ian Flaxman, Simon Maddocks and Peter Raybould who were all recruited at the end of last year. Aldermore is said to be aiming to develop structured finance solutions for medium-sized businesses throughout the UK.
