GSO/Blackstone takes over as manager of 2004 CLO

GSO/Blackstone has taken over the formal role as manager on FriedbergMilstein Private Capital Fund I, a 2004 CLO, according to Moody’s, which issued a rating confirmation on the change. GSO/Blackstone has since 2007 been the effective manager of this and FriedbergMilstein’s other two CLOs through a subadvisory arrangement. The assignment of the management contract, which has been approved by the deal’s investors, took place yesterday.
