Structured Portfolio Management hires portfolio manager

Stamford Connecticut-based Structured Portfolio Management has announced that it has taken on Vishal Bhutani as a managing director, working on the firm’s SPM Opportunity fund. Structured Portfolio Manager is an asset manager specialising in fixed income, relative value and special situations, especially MBS relative value strategies.

Before joining the firm Bhutani worked as portfolio manager for Alexandra Investment Management’s event-driven credit portfolios.
