CLO investor signs up with software provider

Structured credit software provider CDO Software has signed up London-based asset manager Pearl Diver Capital as a client for its CDO Director product, a portfolio management tool. Pearl Diver will use the product to manage its funds of CLO investments.

A press release from CDO Software quotes Pearl Diver partner Anthony Hill as saying that the fund manager was looking for a robust system to manage its growing CLO portfolio. He adds that the product integrates with Pearl Diver’s proprietary models and automates reporting.
