US restaurant chain operator Buffets filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy for a second time yesterday.
The company first filed for chapter 11 in January 2008, and emerged from bankruptcy in the first quarter of 2009. But after missing an interest payment at the beginning of 2012 Buffets once again filed for bankruptcy.
Buffets reportedly has debts of $245 million, including loans which are owned by over 11% of CLO deals accordng to data from CLO-i.
