Hostess prepares to file for "chapter 22", Wall Street Journal reports

Wall Street Journal reports that US baker Hostess Brands is preparing to file for bankruptcy as soon as this week.

Despite reportedly having $850 million in debt, the company's obligations are held by less than 1% of USD CLOs according to CLOi. The company previously filed for bankruptcy in 2004.
