Credit market snapshot: markets move wider as volumes fall

Monday, December 19, 2011

Any lingering year-end liquidity evaporated last week, as trading volumes fell in cash credit and credit default swaps. Markets ended last week wider, as post-summit euphoria gave way to more eurozone worries. Asian credit has moved wider today, as the markets digested the impact of North Korean leader Kim Jong Il’s death.
