Chapter 11 re-run showing at Movie Gallery, says WSJ

The Wall Street Journal reports that Movie Gallery is planning a chapter 11 bankruptcy filing by as early as next Tuesday. This would be a second stint under the control of the bankruptcy court for the company. Its chapter 11 filing in October 2007 triggered the first credit event by a constituent of the LCDX credit derivative index of North American loans.
