Judge approves July bankruptcy auctions for Nortel

The US bankruptcy judge for Nortel Networks approved the bankruptcy auctions that will sell most of the company’s network carrier business on 24 July.

Reuters reports that Nokia Siemens will offer $650 million for the company and bid for the wireless technology business.
