Citi Alternative Investments confirms that it has hired Jerome Anglade to the Citi credit strategies group (as first reported in Creditflux’s March newsletter). Anglade joins as a managing director, effective 15 May. He will serve as senior portfolio manager responsible for the creation of a new, stand-alone structured credit opportunities fund. The fund is set to invest in structured products with corporate credit underlying and focus on stressed/distressed products.
Anglade will report to both Jonathan Dorfman and James O'Brien and will be based in London. Anglade previously worked at Morgan Stanley, where he was a managing director and head of European credit structuring, within the fixed income division. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley in 1997, he served as an associate in the structured finance group at Societe Generale in Paris.
CAI has also announced that Jenny Peng has joined Jerome’s team as an associate. She previously worked for over two years at Lehman Brothers as a quantitative risk associate and prior to that at Credit Suisse as a market risk analyst.
