French fund management boutique, Acropole AM was founded by Jacques Joakimides, Emmanuel Martin and Nathalie Sabathier.
It is the only French fund boutique dedicated solely to the management of convertible bonds.
It recently expanded in February 2009 with the launch of a new credit fund, Acropole 2012, as well as a convertibles fund, Acropole Convertibles Optimum.
51% of the company is held by the founders, 33.5% by Cheyne, 14.5% by Groupe UFG and 1% by Matmut.
It currently manages approximately €350,000,000 via traditional long-only funds, an arbitrage fund and client mandates.
