Structured finance software provider Principia Partners has announced that it has signed up London-based credit hedge fund manager Serone Capital as a client. The manager was set up by a number of partners in 2009 including ex Morgan Stanley and Citi credit specialist Neil Servis, Adrian King, who used to work in prime brokerage at Morgan Stanley, and former Fischer Francis portfolio manager Alan Cauberghs and. The firm will use Principia’s software-as-a-service offering for portfolio, operational and risk management.
