The Financial Times says that JP Morgan provided €850 million of debt to fund Intermediate Capital Group’s purchase of a €1.4 billion portfolio of loans from Royal Bank of Scotland. According to the article, JP Morgan bought the entire debt of ICG Eos Loan Fund I, the CLO structured to fund the purchase. According to Moody’s and Fitch, which have assigned provisional ratings to the CLO, the size of the debt tranches is €840 million.
