UK pension fund invests in credit and bond fund

A London-based asset manager has secured a £74 million ($118 million) investment from a UK pension fund. Lincolnshire Pension Fund has invested in the Target Return fund, a multi-manager Ucits III fund which includes a large allocation to credit strategies. The fund is managed by Goodhart Partners, a firm set up in 2009 as a buy-out of a business that was previously part of WestLB Mellon Asset Management.
